Mr Pan is the Chief Executive Officer of DCH. With nearly 30 years of leadership experience at multi-national FMCG companies, Mr Pan is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of enterprise value creation, change acceleration and strategic management, particularly in navigating the rapidly evolving consumer markets of China and the Asia-Pacific region.

Prior to joining DCH, Mr Pan served as Chairman and Chief Executive of Shanghai Jahwa United Co. Ltd, one of China’s leading beauty and FMCG companies. During his tenure, he steered the organisation through ongoing market and consumer evolution, strengthening the company’s brand and channel strategies. At L’Oreal, Mr Pan held key leadership roles overseeing the China market as General Manager, Commercial before taking up the role for all of Asia Pacific. He has also held senior positions at Mattel, Danone Waters and Swire Coca-Cola.

Mr Pan obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry from East China University of Science and Technology. He holds an Executive MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and completed the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD. In 2023, Mr Pan was recognised for the honour of Most Strategic Chairman by Phoenix Group’s Director & Boards magazine.
