Mr Kwok joined CITIC Pacific in 2001 and is a director of the company. As vice president and head of the company’s business development department and Hong Kong property department, Mr Kwok drives corporate development activities, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, partnerships and listings. He also oversees a number of the company’s businesses including Special Steel, Dah Chong Hong, Hong Kong Property, as well as the Health and Shipping businesses.

Mr Kwok is a member of CITIC Pacific’s executive committee, asset and liability management committee and investment committee. He also serves as a director of subsidiary companies including CITIC Pacific Special Steel, and Dah Chong Hong.

Mr Kwok is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a CFA charterholder. Mr Kwok holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
