CITIC Pacific Limited (“CITIC PACIFIC”) and its subsidiary companies (together “we”, “us” or “our”) whose place of business are located in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong”) are committed to complying with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong (the “Ordinance”). Our privacy policy statement (“PPS”) and personal information collection statement (“PICS”) as set out herein (“Statement”) explain the privacy policy and practice regarding how we use and protect any personal data that you have provided.
Please read this Statement to understand our policy and practices and purposes for collection of your personal data.
Generally speaking, our websites do not collect any personal data from you. However, CITIC PACIFIC and its subsidiary companies may, due to the operational needs or activities organized at the time, collect your personal data when you are browsing our webpages or websites or participate in our activities. Data Collection and Use
Use of Cookies
Like many other websites, we record your visit automatically through cookies, which are some small data structures sent to your computer to record your visit to our official website and to identify you during your future visits.
